It started with a cottontail
At Mortimer Farms, my daughter Reya spotted cotton candy and wanted some. But I knew I could make it myself — and make it better. Months of research followed: studying organic sugars, testing equipment, experimenting with flavors...
When that first puff emerged, Reya's eyes lit up. "It looks like a cottontail!" she exclaimed. And the name was born.
