A woman- and mom-owned business handcrafting organic, dye-free treats with love in Cottonwood, Arizona.
This little business started with one simple dream: to bring back the wonder of a classic treat, made with ingredients you can feel good about.
As a mom to two girls, I've always cared deeply about creating clean, healthy fun. Becoming a parent made me much more intentional about what we celebrate with — and I became passionate about organic, dye-free sweets that kids (and adults) can truly enjoy. Raised by a single mom who owned her own small business, I learned early that big things can grow from small ideas, and that heart-led work matters.
Cottontails Cotton Candy grew from that place — curiosity, love, and a wish to add a little magic to everyday moments. From airy clouds of hand-spun cotton candy to our "Bunny Bark" hard candy and sparkling drink shimmer bombs, every treat is crafted to spark joy and bring people together. Whether we're spinning live from our elegant cart or delivering beautifully packaged sweets to your door, my goal is simple: to make everyone, young or young at heart, feel like a kid again.
The Origin
How The Name Came
The name Cottontails has a special place in my heart. When my girls were little toddlers, we would take early morning walks and watch the cotton-tailed rabbits hop around our neighborhood. The first time I spun cotton candy at home, my then-four-year-old's eyes lit up and she said it looked just like the bunnies' tails. In that sweet moment, the name found us.
Today, Cottontails is about more than dessert. It's about thoughtful details, gentle whimsy, and celebrations that don't have to be complicated to feel magical. It's about bringing organic, dye-free options to a community with limited choices and creating memories that feel light, joyful, and loved.

Mom, creator, and cotton candy enthusiast. What started as a way to make something special for my daughter has grown into a passion for bringing joy to events throughout Verde Valley and Northern Arizona.
Every event gets my personal attention — from the initial consultation to the handwritten thank-you note. I believe in quality over quantity, custom over cookie-cutter, and making every guest feel like they're getting something magical.
